Avioane is developed and operated by Horizon Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Avioane mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the App

Avioane is a strategy board game intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

  • Use the App lawfully
  • Respect fair gameplay
  • Not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate online matches
  • Not reverse engineer or copy the game’s design or code

2. Online Play (If Enabled)

If you use online multiplayer features:

  • You are responsible for your in-game conduct
  • Abusive behavior, harassment, cheating, or manipulation may result in suspension or removal from online services
  • We reserve the right to restrict access to online features at our discretion
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability

3. Accounts & Usernames

If the App allows usernames or profiles:

  • You may not impersonate others
  • You may not use offensive or unlawful names
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames

4. In-App Purchases (If Offered)

If the App includes in-app purchases:

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • We do not store payment information
  • All purchases are subject to the platform provider’s refund policies

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including:

  • Game design
  • Graphics
  • Logic
  • Code
  • Branding

is the property of Horizon Solutions LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free performance
  • Continuous availability
  • Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Horizon Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Gameplay disputes
  • Indirect or incidental damages

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to online features if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Horizon Solutions LLC is registered.
